Self leveling floor solvent free (COLLEDANI E 30 SL)

Colledani E30 SL is a low viscosity, self leveling, solvent free, two-component epoxy treatment designed to create resin dressings with an attractive smooth or non-slip surface finish. It can be applied at thicknesses of 1.5-3.0 mm.

It is resistant to chemicals and abrasion, suitable for both self-leveling and multi-layer systems. After application, surfaces are flat and have an attractive finish.

Colledani E30 SL is made up with special resins and selected filler. Thus it gains excellent resistance to wear and chemicals.

As a self-leveling floor, Colledani E30 SL is suitable for industrial and residential floors, warehouses, laboratories, offices, recreational areas, and canteens.

It is also used for food processing industry.

Its conduction ability makes it congenial for warehouses, electronic production areas, laboratories.

“MATERIA” flooring system

Materia is a product which is mixed with water only and applied over surfaces such as concrete slab, mortar or self leveling screed, ceramic tiles, marble, stone etc...

This product is a ready-to-use material that contains special cements, well graded sands, carefully selected polymers and fibres to reduce shrinkage and improve physical and application properties.

Materia is suitable for indoor and outdoor application and is unaffected by freeze/thaw conditions and salt treatments. It can easily be trowel applied in thickness from 0.5 mm up to 3 mm.

Materia is used in public and industrial buildings.

Its application allows to level and smooth new or former concrete and ceramic screeds to make them suitable for pedestrian traffic and in areas where rubber-wheeled vehicles are in use.

Materia minimises shrinkage and crack tendency. It has an excellent smoothing properties and low modulus of elasticity. It is fast setting: cam be over-coated in only 4 hours.

This product is suitable for residential, industrial, commercial floors, as well as for horizontal and vertical concrete coating and resurfacing. It can also be applied on surfaces to make them slip-resistant.

Trasparent covering floors (COLLEDANI M21)

M21 is a liquid product, monocomponent, to low stringiness, that penetrates for capillary absorption in the manufactured articles in cement.

M21 contains special thermoplastic polymers to tall temperature of thermal distorsion that expounds consolidating action, protective towards the materials essays, preventing the absorption of oils, water, dirty.

The cement treated with M21 doesn't show any tendency to turn yellow, it is resistant to the washings, it doesn't result sticky therefore it doesn't hold the I dirty. This covering is a specific product for the consolidation and the protection of the manufactured articles in cement. it's excellent for the indoor flooring like garage, stores, wine cellars, and of surfaces to the open one what squares, parking lot, avenues, courtyards.

A notable application advantage of M21 is that to also allow the application of the protective treatment anti-dust on concrete surfaces just realized. In fact, unlike the varnishes traditional anti-dust, that must exclusively be applies on well seasoned cement, M21 can already be applied 8 hours after the realization of the concrete manufactured (recommend him to effect preventive tests however).
